I really didn't mean for this series on my favorite things to be shallow. I meant to write about the special, grace-filled moments and relationships that make me grateful. But I just spent a late evening in fun conversation with some of those wonderful people who do make me grateful. It is late, and I need to get in bed. So in lieu of deep thoughts, I share my new favorite cookie recipe.
Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies
I had been wanting to try these for a while and finally did tonight. My husband isn't big on hazelnuts, but I think these are like Nutella in cookie form. Oh, so good!
